What should I wear & bring to the Lessons?   

ASA Learn to Swim Programme Levels 1-7.

The learn to swim lessons are based on the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) teaching plan which entails swimmers progressing through a number of challenging levels. The swimmers will receive a certificate of competence upon successful completion of each level. On the successful completion of Level 7 of this plan the swimmer may be invited to join the Club in the main pool. This invitation will be based on an assessment by the Head Coach.
