Please also note - It is imperative that you inform us which session you would like to volunteer at when you submit your entry. Unlike previous years NO entries will be accepted without this. If you have a swimmer competing then you MUST volunteer for at least one full session.

Swim training log sheets (to be downloaded) are in the 'Training & Comp Plans' section on the Main left hand menu. These sheets are for Development Squad swimmers and above. Instructions on using these sheets will be issued by squad coaches.

Larne Borough Council have organised 2 courses @ Larne Leisure Centre (you only need to attend one) - Wed 17th Sept 6.45pm sharp-9.45pm or Wed 24th Sept (times the same). Cost £10 for Larne residents/£15 for non Larne residents. It is advisable to book early as the courses will only go ahead if there are enough interested people. To book please contact Niall Curneen curneenn@Larne.gov.uk. The course is payable directly to the council.
Completed membership forms can be returned to Theresa Kerr at the swim desk on a Wed from 6:30 to 8:30pm (not 10th Sept). Forms can also be posted & scanned as per the details on emails sent to each family. Forms can also be downloaded from the 'Membership' section on the left. Membership forms MUST be returned before 30th Sept.

The charity, Cardiac Risk in the Young, are holding screening days in Coleraine on 6th & 7th Sept & also in UUJ on 18th & 19th Oct for young people of 14 years & up. Screening is by appointment only & can be booked through this link.
