Young people are left at the pool by parents/guardians who expect this to be a safe environment. A safe environment can only be created when everybody in the club works together to put safeguards in place for everyone's protection. Parents/Guardians must also understand that they have an important role in implementing safe practices for their children and be willing....
Please review the Squad Rep Flowchart in 'About Us.....Club Structure' section above. Squad Reps have been introduced to help ease communication, whereby parents can ask for help or advice, pay gala fees etc to and whom act as a supportive role for the Coaches. Many thanks to the Sliabh Beagh Aquasprint Team who made the long journey to Larne for Saturday's Aquasprint Gala. A super gala was had by all and congratulations go to our young Aquasprint swimmers with a win of 233 points to 167. Read on for Peter Magee's report.....
