Aquasprint Results: Larne v City of Belfast

The 2nd Aquasprint of the season took place on Friday night when Larne hosted City of Belfast. The atmosphere was amazing as both teams showed fantastic support and encouragement to their teammates. The result shows how close the races were, with the lead changing multiple times throughout the night. In the end City of Belfast went on to a well deserved win.
All the swimmers and parents enjoyed a marvellous spread of food afterwards, so thanks to all the Larne parents who contributed to that! The leftovers were gratefully received by the Simon Community.
Thanks to all the volunteers who helped on the night and made the gala run so smoothly; as usual thanks also to coach Fiona Hillier for her great work with our swimmers.
Next gala is another home one on Friday 9th March; this time we are welcoming Ballymena. Enjoy the break in the meantime!
